• Examination Report: An Examination Report is next issued within the time span of three months to one year. The time differs depending on the Back Log of the Registry.
• Reply to examination report: A reply to the Examination Report needs to be filed within one month from the Receipt.
• Advertisement in Indian Trademarks Journal: The application is advertised in the Trademarks Journal to invite Opposition from other users who might claim it to be theirs. If no Opposition is filed within four months of publication in the Trademark Journal, the application shall proceed to TM Registration.
