  • Photo (Softcopy)

For registering of Company

Identity proof of the directors and shareholders

  •  (Voter Card / Passport / Driving licence)

Residential Proof :

  • Address proof (Softcopy) including (Bank Statement/ Electricity / telephone / mobile bill) not older than 2 months

 

Please make note of the fact that in case the document pertains to foreign nationals the document must be apostilled by the concerned authority.
 

Documents required for the office address registration

The following document will be required as proof of Address in case the registered office will be in rented property

  • Scanned copy of rent agreement or lease deed
  • Scanned copy of utility bill (Electricity / telephone / gas bill) not older than 2 months.
  • Scanned copy of NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the landlord
  • Scanned copy of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card of the landlord

The following document will be required as proof of Address in case the registered office will be in own property

  • Scanned copy of property papers;
  • Scanned copy of any utility bill (Electricity/telephone / gas bill) not older than 2 months.
  • Scanned copy of NOC (No Objection Certificate)
  • Scanned copy of Property Deed of Sale Deed.
